|AMENDMENT TO THE LOREAUVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES
STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC WAYS
ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL.
Section 23-8. Permit for vendors at special events.
a. Any organization desiring sell items at a special event must apply with the clerk of the village with at least the following documentation:
1) Name, address and phone number of the person responsible for the organization.
2) Proof of non-profit status. If the organization is a for-profit status, a permit fee of $50.00 per stand or booth shall be paid. Physical location(s) of the booth or stand shall be provided. Each booth or stand pays a permit fee of $50.00. Non-profit organizations are exempt from the permit fee.
3) Written permission from the property owner stating the organization is allowed to sell from their premise.
4) Permit is to be obtained at least two weeks prior to the special event.
This ordinance takes effect immediately upon adoption.
